"But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you" (Job 12:7-8). Sacred scripture, such as this passage from the Bible, often speaks of God's ability to teach and guide his people through nature. Nature is one of the Lord's many instruments he uses to pass along his message to those willing to listen. When one is in touch with nature and opens themselves up to God's message that he has left them, they can find new meaning and lessons from the wilderness God has created.
