Natural Setting #2

About a month ago me and some friends decided to go to the Noland trail. Unlike me they were quite adventurous and liked to go further off trail. This forced me out of my comfort zone and I was in a bad mood for the majority of the time we were out there. While for the most part it wasn't enjoyable for me it allowed me to look at nature from different perspectives. I like for there to be a trail out in front of me that I can just follow. When there isn't one I get the small feeling in the back of my head that tells me I'm gonna get lost. However, my friends wouldn't let me think like that, they showed all good things about being off trail and doing things your own way. While I was still a little mad at them they did show me that being out there on your own can be a good relaxation technique and a way to just be free for a little while.
